Born in Fier, Albania, Ledia is a business and operations leader with over a decade of experience in business administration, organizational development, and team leadership. She specializes in identifying operational gaps, improving systems, developing strong teams, and aligning people and processes to drive results.
A certified neuroscience coach and grief coach, Ledia combines her analytical, results-driven mindset with a deep interest in human potential, personal transformation, and spirituality. As a Board Member and Treasurer of the National Albanian Registry, is committed to strengthening the Albanian-American community and preserving Albanian heritage for future generations.
