Privacy & how the count works
Who sees it? Only NAR's volunteer team — the same people building this. Encrypted at rest. Never sold. Never shared with advertisers, data brokers, peer Albanian-American nonprofits, or any government agency — foreign or domestic.
Why do you ask about heritage? The Census counts ~224,000 Albanian Americans. We think the real number is near 1 million. The only way to prove it is to count — and to know where people come from.
Do I fill everything out? No — required fields are marked, and the rest is your call. The three heritage questions are required: a record without them can't be counted.
