We don't run meetings looking for a topic. Each volunteer gets a concrete task with a deliverable. Translate this email. Run this event. Build this dashboard.
Two hours is real
If two hours a month is what you have, that's a real contribution. The first 100 names exist because of people giving exactly that. More is great — less still moves us forward.
