Eligibility

To register on NAR you confirm that you self-identify as Albanian or of Albanian descent, and that you are at least 18 years old. Registration is free and voluntary.

The certificate

The Certificate of Albanian Heritage is a community recognition document. It is not a government-issued ID, not a passport, not proof of citizenship, and has no legal weight on its own. Do not present it as identification. Do not rely on it for any government, financial, or immigration purpose.

Accurate information

You agree to provide truthful information. Knowingly false registrations may be removed. We reserve the right to remove any registration we believe to be fraudulent, automated, or duplicative.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site (no automated scraping, mass registration, or attacks on infrastructure). Don't impersonate other people. Don't submit harmful content via the contact form.

Sponsor and endorser content

Sponsor logos, business names, and endorser blurbs are reviewed before publication. NAR reserves the right to decline or remove any content that conflicts with our mission or with applicable US law.

No warranty

The site and certificate are provided "as is." We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
