Albanian American Woman Association Marigona

The Albanian American Woman Association Marigona is a small women's cultural and humanitarian association based in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Founded in November 2015, the group is led by president Sabije Dervishi Veseli and is registered with the IRS as an educational organization focused on cultural and ethnic awareness, with an exempt status date of November 2016.

Marigona's stated purpose is to bring together Albanian women in America and to keep the Albanian language, culture, and traditional cuisine alive across generations settled in the United States.
