Ezra Medical Center

Ezra Medical Center is a community-based, multi-specialty health group headquartered at 1312 38th Street in Brooklyn, with additional sites at 3710 13th Avenue, 5115 15th Avenue, and 1278 60th Street across Borough Park and Kensington.
