Sonila Beliu, PhD, is a Managing Director and Head of Model Risk Governance & Review for Chase (CCB) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in risk modeling, model governance, and risk management.
Earlier in her career at JPMorgan Chase, Sonila held senior leadership roles in risk modeling, including leading auto risk modeling for the Consumer & Community Bank.
She earned her PhD in Economics from Western Michigan University, where her doctoral research focused on international financial integration. In 2019, she was recognized by Western Michigan University with an Alumni Achievement Award.
